Questions
Is a floor washer the same as a vacuum?
No. A wet-dry floor washer vacuums and washes a hard floor at the same time and dries it behind you, so it replaces sweeping and mopping. A cordless stick vacuum only picks up dry debris, but it works on carpet, stairs and upholstery where a floor washer does not.
How do I know which part fits my machine?
The product title lists the models a part fits, and the Specifications panel shows the Tineco part number. Compare that to the label on the body of your machine. If the model is not listed in the title, the part will not fit.
Why is there no "was" price or discount badge?
Because we have never charged a higher price for these items. A crossed-out price is only honest if the shop actually sold at that price, so we show one price and leave it at that.
How long does delivery take?
7–10 business days. Our prices are below regular retail because stock is sourced as it becomes available, which is why delivery takes longer than next-day retail shipping. Tracking is emailed as soon as the order ships. Full details in our shipping policy.
